Feel so lucky to have found this place. Trevor takes the time to ensure that we all get what we need for the sessions. Doesnt matter where you are with your fitness level sessions will work for you and push you. Trevor is always upbeat and supportive even at 6 am! Trevor and his brother are there to support you throughout the week with all aspects of fitness and diet and are normal in that they dont expect you to be saintly all the time. Ive only been here a few weeks but made to feel part of the family straight away and already seeing great results. Love this place and highly recommend it.

After recently being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, I was worried about what I should and shouldn't be doing. I was recommended to Trev and after our initial meeting, I left feeling confident that his knowledge and credentials meant that I'd be in safe hands. I've now been training with Trev for about 6 months now and I enjoy the fact that workouts are tailored to suit the individual, rather than a blanket workout for anyone and everyone. Group sessions are small and personal, everyone is friendly with no egos. As a member, you get the classes, nutritional goals & advice, weekly meetings and Trev is at the end of the phone 24/7. Highly recommend.

7 weeks into a 12 week program and I am so happy with the results so far, I could not have achieved this alone, the encouragement and support from Trevor and Gavin has been phenomenal! It's important to me that I feel comfortable and confident in an environment. At Athlete Fit HQ you are made to feel like part of a family, with small groups of members of all different levels of fitness and when you feel like you can't give anymore, Trevor pushes you through to the end of each session.. giving up is not an option and that's what I need!

Joining Ambition is by far the best decision I've made. Trev and Gav are fabulous, providing so much support, encouragement, guidance and top advice to help you hit your goals whatever they may be. There is no pressure to fit in, no judgements on fitness, size or ability. Classes are tailored to your own personal ability however be prepared to be push. Trev and Gav quickly get to know your strengths and weaknesses, knowing when to challenge you more. Ambition is not just a gym, Ambition is a family, all members provide each other with support and motivation especially during classes, unlike most larger gyms. I've never looked back, I've been with Gav and Trev since lockdown, initially online then back into Ambition once restrictions eased. The changes are incredible..... 3 stone weight loss to date, massive improvement in health, fitness and mental health. Would definitely recommend Ambition to anyone
