Marc and one of his colleagues re-tiled our kitchen roof and fitted a new flashing kit around the skylight window. We had a small leak which was gradually getting worse and upon inspection Marc explained what the problem was. He provided photos on his phone during his investigation of the job. The rotten felt and battens were removed and replaced with new ones. The builders who built it had obviously done a bodge job. I needed a roof repair (rotting tile support timber) for an elderly relative in the Stone area. I checked the web for a larger, well-established company as I needed to deal with them remotely. My email request was responded to by a phone call within a couple of hours. The property was visited shortly afterwards by their surveyor who explained the problem to me over the phone and the magnitude of the repairs. A quote was received within 24 hours. I agreed to the quote and the work was completed within a week. Everything went smoothly and any debris was tidied up and removed.
