Items marked down in sale whole Rail marked up wrongly refused to honor price if manager spent less time on hes phone which he was the whole time I was in and more time making sure stock was priced correctly there wouldnt be an issue. Walk round to choice youll get better service and even a welcome

Rude Staff! Unfriendly and could not care less! Items in the store is 100+ ! Least i expect is a friendly Tone! Both girls in store could not care less!

Racist manager. Not helpful. No other staff around to help. AVOID. The worst customer service and not a care to assist with asking what im looking for.

Spent 15 minutes in the store Not one membe of staff asked me if i needed help They chatted amongst themselves, one was on his phone the whole time... occasionally laughing and joking with his colleague Only one member of staff was tidying up If this is your store. The reason sales are downis your staff do not care about your store the reputation or your business they are being paid to chat to each other play around and have a good time

Awful staff in the store, rude and arrogant and all seem to have an attitude problem.. guarded the changing room whilst staring me out while my mrs just tried on a hoodie, to which I just laughed and carried on browsing until she was ready to show me, which he also didnt like.. after paying, the staff then followed us through the shop until we left, trying and failing to look casual and subtle. Same happened the last time we visited the shop a fair few months back, both times spending a fair bit of money. Shame really as they have some nice stuff in there, the staff make you not want to spend time in the shop and make you feel like youre not welcome. Id be surprised if its there much longer unless they get rid of the staff with attitude problems. Shop here if you like to be made to feel like a shoplifter
