        Visited Swarovski Bluewater with my mum yesterday and although I had made an online order, Harriet in the shop was able to show me the items I ordered (as I wanted to check the ring sizes). She was patient, kind, friendly and professional and really valued her help. It isnt often I feel compelled to write reviews, but she was so helpful and nice, I had to! Thanks you, Harriet. Great ambassador for swarovski!!

        I purchased a set of Swarovski earrings for my partner Christmas 2021, unfortunately one one the posts on the earring came loose. I contacted Swarovski Customer Service on a Saturday and was surprised they were open. The advisor was polite and exceedingly helpful, and told me the items were covered by warranty. I was told to take them to my local Swarovski outlet in Bluewater shopping centre. There again I received the same impeccable service, the items were replace with no quibbles. Thank you to the Swarovski staff concerned, excellent customer experience and service.
