        Amazing individual customer service. My children have special needs and it was worrying them about leaving their kitten for the first time. A lovely lady showed them around (rather than us) and spoke to them with compassion and kindness. She even took them to the stables and let them stroke her horses. Afterwards the girls said their kitten was going to stay in a beautiful county hotel with other cats, dogs and horses to keep him company; so sweet!!

        The company I work for has a yard there so can't say about the kennels etc but the people who run it and look after the place are nice and friendly

        First time my dogs have stayed at Dunclent. Excellent service, Helen and Nicky are very friendly and looked after my dogs extremely well. Will definitely board them here again. Highly recommend.
