        Never ever returning to this store again! I queued for 35 minutes to return a gift that I was given I had the receipt but obviously didnt have the payment card as it was a birthday gift for me but didnt fit. The receipt clearly states if you dont have the original card they will give a gift voucher which I was happy with but the salesman said no i will have to swap if for something else so an exchange, i asked to see manager as its against policy she too refused and I was forced to have an exchange on an item I didnt particularly want. The manager was very rude to and doesnt know her own policy! Never returning

        First visit since covid ...unfortunately....food was as good as ever ..but prefer the old style experience...help your self to conveyer and order ....
