Clarins Skin Spa & Beauty Bar inside John Lewis

I have been for back, neck and scalp massage before and the therapist (Tanith) was amazing and i thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I booked same treatment again but it was not with the same therapist, as i was told she has left. I was sure that it will be equally enjoyable and was very much looking forward to my massage today. The treatment was booked with Chloe and began with back massage and in under 15 minutes i was asked to turn over and she did about 5 minute of head massage and asked me if it was ok to move on to the 20 minute add on facial I had booked. Of course, I was not as I had booked the 30 minute back, neck and scalp massage and this was almost half the time. When i mentioned that, she said that she didn't look at the time. She did another 5 or so minutes on scalp (just caressing through my hair) but my whole experience had already been ruined, as i mainly went for my back and neck and clearly told her so at the beginning of the treatment. It was a waste of time and money as I travelled half an hour from Maidstone to Bluewater for the treatment. I would expect the therapist to give the full treatment and not short change the customers on time. All in all i was very disappointed .
