Simon is the reason you are recieveing 1 star, I picked up a toy story action figure that said 20 on the box, when we brought it to the till we were met rude and arrogant behavior. His words were that he can't sell us the item for that price as if we were the ones that priced it. So apparently the labels were either switched by a customer or the staff added the wrong price. Even if that was the case you still have to know how to approach and speak to customers. We were not asking for charity, we simply picked the item up and brought it to the till to pay, only to be met with an unprofessional and arrogant assistant manager. There was no concerns to the customer whatsoever, only when I brought it to his attention that he dealt with the whole situation inappropriately, thats when he apologised. Even with an apology, the damage is done Simon.
