        Local area HR for H&B needs to review this Positives : good small shop with plenty of selection Negatives : no staff always even though there is 3 tills and made to wait and queue in that small space with crying kids until I told them to open a new till,,, no customer focused awareness from the floor staff or team no manager on floor to manage as well.

        Ive come in before and felt really overwhelmed when looking at things and decided to come in again today. Mo was incredibly helpful and talked through my boyfriend and my needs for vitamins and what were looking for. He was the most polite and helpful sales assistant and we will come back soon definitely. He is a credit to your team!
