        Was queuing and was not aknowledged by the two ladies when I asked could they take my order they said I need to join the que which I was and people was pushing in the two ladies was very rude

        I found Reese very helpful when I arrived at the kiosk at Bluwater. A que started to form, he quickly came over to get the que under control. I'd ordered a large cookie for my daughters birthday as an alternative to a traditional cake. I was pleased with how professionally Reese had applied the writing on the cookie. 10/10
