Do not use. Standards went way downhill after getting taken over by Timpsons. Anyone who knows watches knows not to let Timpsons touch them with a fingernail, the same is now true for The Watch Lab. All that is left of them is a sign above the door, even the Services are now all sent to Timpsons Service centre. Those clowns don't even put the seals back into watches, let alone reseal. Stay, away.

My watch needed a new battery and seal. Its a divers watch. I was told it would cost 24.95 and included a pressure test. When i came to collect the watch it hadnt had a pressure test and the technician said theres a fault with the watch. He charged me 24.95. I questioned him asking why am i paying the full amount if you cant do the test. He said insurance costs. He wouldn't give me a discount. I made a complaint to WatchLab customer services who then looked into the matter. They advised that the technician couldnt remember me and insulted me by saying he would of given a discount if id asked for one. I reiterated that i did ask and it was denied. They even suggested going back to the store which they knew was 300miles away as my watch was repaired while visiting Kent for a few days. Customer services still have not replied to my returned email. I wont be using this company again they dont care about customer service and it appears they blame customers for when things go wrong. This happened at the Bluewater store
