        I bought a pair of timbs last night about 9 pm, got home to show the missus and to my surprise in the box was two different pairs of boots which we had a giggle about, took them back today and a nice lady sorted it and gave me 10 percent of the price back. Merry Christmas Timberland

        Disgraceful attitude and customer service , the woman "employee"didn't acknowledge me ,only gave me an uncomfortable stare, and carried on scrolling on her mobile ! When I asked about the sale items so predominant on the web site available in store , I was "this is all we've got "and with no additional information...I walked out in disgust , in to ALDO , where the sales colleagues absolutely amazing and behold they got my custom !

        Awful customer service. Two gentlemen were standing inside when I came in being the only customer, didnt even acknowledge me but were standing there talking about different people on onlyfans,.. I then walked up to them asking for help finding a shoe size and all the man said was no we dont have them, we cant have all sizes from the website Im appalled
