Nice juice pity about the service. Staff not friendly and apoeared they were better than us

I bought 3 drinks and was charged twice as apparently it didnt go through the card machine, ( even though I never got a void resit from her) I check my online banking and let the lady at the till know that I have been charged twice, they werent able to give me a refund from the branch and said I need to contact the head office, I send and email over and never got my refund. So easy to pay but not to get your money back.
