Howdens Dartford

My friend told me about your branch in Dartford, I popped in to find out some information about your kitchen range. I spoke to a lady who was so welcoming and helpful, she explained that I could book an appointment to have my kitchen measured and that someone could come out and help design the kitchen with me. She took her time and made me feel valued, not at all overbearing or pushy. I must say she was a credit to your company, I think her name was Christina but apologies if Ive miss read her name.

I am a kitchen fitter and have used this branch for 7 years Never had any problems until this year Management was changed, also a lot of the staff Now the whole thing is CHAOS Items were delivered to the wrong address Items I never ordered were delivered Damaged items Wrong colour Had to wait 3 weeks for some doors but not all were delivered Had to rearrange decorators, BR inspection Items I returned were not credited to my account Had to call head office to get things halfway sorted Credit control said it wasnt their problem Very disappointed Avoid if possible
