        I visited the store on Sunday 29th Jan at around 4pm (Im putting the exact time as I didnt get the ladies name who was serving me) and was served by a lovely lady who was amazing. She was so smily and helpful. It was the exact kind of customer service you want in a shop. Thank you so much - keep doing what you do please.

        Not sure I'd return here. I usually shop online with rituals, went in store on this occasion and it was quite a hasty environment with staff trying to force customers to buy. Made the experience overwhelming and I couldn't hear myself think as the member of staff was too busy tugging me around the shop smelling different scents. I just wanted to look around on my own accord. Learn to leave customers alone.
