Terrible staff. I am an EE customer looking to switch. I spent about 30 mins in the shop waiting to be approached. The person ahead of me approached a girl who had just finished with a customer. This stressed her out as she was finishing the transaction. She complained to her colleague about him and went to the back with her colleague for 5-10 mins. When she came out she ignored the man until he approached her again. She was rude and blunt to him. I knew the staff were busy so I came back 40 mins later. Waited another 15 mins and not even a hello we will be with you shortly. I was not acknowledged. 2 colleagues were serving the same customer, I am sure one could have at least acknowledged me. I spent 1 hour in the shop and was spoken to by no one.

The gentleman in the shop was very helpful and had the exact item we were looking for every person I have dealt with in store has been very helpful and friendly fantastic customer service by far the best network that I've dealt with.
