I came here 6 years ago to purchase my engagement ring and came back as a returning customer to now find my wedding ring. My fianc and I had the absolute pleasure of being dealt with by Oliver. He has first class professionalism but we were all quickly relaxed and put the ease And got on very well , can tell hes good at matching clientele energy. I am the best awkward customer who cant make up their mind but nothing was a bother for OliverHe polished my engagement ring to place next to my future wedding ring . The sparkle of diamonds together was so graceful and perfect , he has extensive knowledge and I really valued his opinion. We were lucky enough to see him again this Sunday just gone to pick it up and he remembered us (albeit the names, but who could blame him!) and again, took our time , making sure I was fully happy with my purchase. Had a bespoke ,hand written after care email to reaffirm I can go in and clean up my jewellery with the team. I may be coming back to look at watches for my future husband. I want to only be dealt with my Oliver . I have now claimed him as my own. On a serious note , hes an absolute credit to your store and company. I am happy to spend big bucks here as the level of service with Oliver is *chefs kiss*

Brought my husband a watch for his birthday, Elaine at Fraser Hart was lovely, she was really knowledgeable about watches, accommodating and not at all pushy. Great selection of watches. Would definitely recommend.
