Couldnt help with a service that I had requested, however went out of his way to make recommendations based on my problem and even provided phone numbers for other companies who could help. Will 100% contact Richard again in the future with other queries purely based on his attitude/ willingness to assist!

Does exactly what it says. Can't fix it you don't pay. Richard was really helpful and told me how to sort out my problem. It wasn't his fault that my laptop had run out memory. Only solution but a new one.

A really nice guy knows his stuff and provides a first rate service at a fair price. Gets on with the job keeps you informed from start to finish. I took my computer to him on Tuesday afternoon and within an hour had found the problem and ordered the part. Contacted me again on Wednesday evening to say it was ready to collect. Which I did on Thursday afternoon. Back up and running that evening as good as new. First class excellent service. Would recommend and use again. Thank you Richard. Kind regards Mick Stafford
