Returning items is never an issue. I sometimes have to over order as Im not sure what Im going to need - if I have to return any parts there is never the huffing & Puffing you get in electrical wholesalers !

Masked can be worn but not a specific requirement ( most people don't seem to bother much now anywhere )
In store purchasing allowed as long as your registered with an account.
