Our water softener had been installed 7 years ago so I requested a service and several days later it was complete. After adjusting for the correct level of water hardness for our area, we are enjoying even softer water. This has been an excellent purchase, and our service was carried out efficiently by Andy who is a great ambassador for the company.

Softline SL450. Professional, prompt and very friendly service. Andy Martin identified the problem over the phone, incorrect plumbing by the plumbers. He arranged for Darren to visit and the problem was immediately diagnosed and resolved. Thank you Scalemaster for attending to us and smoothing the way as the plumber had made it very stressful for us. Would highly recommend Scalemaster - both its British made products and personnel.

This is the second "Scalemaster Softline 150" I've bought and put into different houses, they do exactly what it says on the tin! No need to buy expense other brands of water softener, they are great value and work! Customer service is 1st Class too, they always answer the help hotline and emails straight away. Andy was very helpful. Would highly recommend. These are not some cheap Chinese option either! Well done Scalemaster and thank you.

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to Andy Martin at Scalemaster. We rang the call line other Saturday morning after the big freeze - yes, you guessed it, our plumber had not lagged the external pipe to our softener and it had frozen up the pipe - so we had water flying out of the crack! We didn't have a clue what to do so we were both surprised and delighted when we got straight thru to Andy. He explained very calmly and simply what we had to do to shut it off, sent us a help sheet which was great, and also arranged to send us a replacement pipe which duly arrived a few days later, postal strike and Xmas post notwithstanding! All we can say is, hugely impressed for this all too rare fantastic customer service, knowledge and experience - it was very much appreciated and we can't speak highly enough. Chris J, Somerset.
