I was locked out my house today and had to call for an emergency fix. Oleksandr came down and very quickly and opened my door quickly without damaging anything and any other components on my door. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the local area.

What a wonderful experience using Oleksandr. Super quick to respond, flexible and got the job done much faster than I had anticipated. I had originally booked someone else to come over at 8 am on Saturday to get some locks fitted into our bed room doors, but only turned up at 10 am! 2 hrs late. I already had day planned so asked him to kindly leave - turning up 2 hrs late was a horrible start. After a quick google I found Locks & Glass. I called the number and Oleksandr answered almost immediately. He was busy that morning, but made time to visit the same day in the afternoon. Sure enough, he turned up on time and completed the job super fast. Wow. Professional, fast and costed me much less than what others had quoted. Over all, extremely pleased with the quality of service and speed and price. Will definitely use agan. PS: Just as he was leaving I casually asked if he did only locks, for which he said no they do uPVC doors & windows, burglary repairs, door installations and a few more. I then asked if he had time to look at our upstairs window - the handle was broken. He said sure - and within 10 mins I had a brand new handle on that window! Ha ha ha. A+ service! Well done!

Needed all locks changed on a new property and couldn't be happier. After a quick google search I decided to get a few quotes but stopped straight after my first call with Locks & Glass. They were polite, friendly and informative throughout. They also managed to attend the property within 20 minutes which was a bonus. Great service from start to finish. Would strongly recommend!
