        I approached Mike at BWK for the sale of my shared ownership property and purchase of a new build. The level of service has been phenomenal! Ive never received such a fantastic and honest service like I have done dealing with Mike. Hes been a pleasure and I would never hesitate to use his services again, a true asset to BWK. My house sale has been complex and extremely difficult but with Mikes guidance and support we made it! Thank you so much Mike, truly. Andrea and Jack

        Horrible service, from Eleanor - not responsive - not interested and quite frankly not on your side. The staff in the office were nice, but she is a nightmare. Stay away! I paid her fee and she was defending the buyer of the property! Just a a complete joke! Ive had to edit this review, because I cant respond to your nonsensical response. Shall I post emails, dates between responses from Eleanor and the lack of any customer service? Would that help? Let me know, Thank you Victor The other reviews arent far off and they didnt get a snotty response. Let me share the the email between the estate agent and Eleanor. Then you can you apologise to me.

        A few issues but dealt with to our satisfaction. Liked the progress app they use and everyone we spoke to or met were pleasant to deal with.

        They will say they can take your conveyancing, say they'll send a quote in a few days. When you chase for the quote, they say they're too busy and to go to someone else. Wasted a week of my time. Avoid at all costs
