When I attended my sessions with Richard. I found him to be very caring, kind and a charming person. I was actually initially not expecting much from hypnotherapy, but Richard put me at ease from the very first moment and reassured me that things will get better. He explained all about hypnotherapy. What we were going to do, and how it all worked. After just three sessions, Richard helped me relax more and be completely comfortable in certain situations. I feel really confident now.
I feel so full of life and I am smiling once again. Thank you, Richard, for all your help, and do recommend him.
