Disgusting service I missed a payment that's on me but then to have an agent round who i had to call informed my wife dealing cancer and how he would force his way in even if kids got in way and just cause I'm a Jehovah's witness he took a dislike that's discrimination right there very bad he deffo gave Ur industry a bad name

I was very apprehensive about calling after reading reviews but I spoke to a lovely guy called Reece who was understanding and friendly. My only negative would be the call waiting time but after a bank holiday it's understandable. Would advise people struggling to get help from stepchange, it's a bit of a lengthy process but worth it.

Awful experience, due to council tax issues during cyber attack period & other personal issues.. unpaid council tax not a large amount.. tried to arrange a payment plan.. dukes way or no way. Complete disregard, cold, blunt, unhelpful, Very Uncooperative, All round should be ashamed.

I cant tell what a relief it was once I took the courage to call Dukes and speak to someone. The listened to my situation , offered support and put my mind at ease . Thank you for all your help I urge anyone to call up Dukes and let them help you
