        This is an excellent GP practice. From the receptionist to the secretaries, the nurses, and the doctors, they are polite, obliging, and most of all caring. The medical advice is outstanding and so are the services provided. They have modern and up-to-date methods of contact and follow-up with excellent use of Internet and mobile technologies.

        After being on hold for 50 minutes at number 3 and not moving I gave up( which is probably what they wanted) Absolute shambles.

        I honestly do not understand why the bad reviews of this surgery and even the pharmacy (Stone Pharmacy). We recently moved into the area from Stafford, and really cannot fault neither the practice or the pharmacy, they have been absolutely fantastic so far for us. Understanding and compassionate. I dont usually bother with reviews but felt the need on this occasion, as people may feel deterred from registering here, for us we couldnt recommend their practice enough, so if youre thinking of joining please do. They are very prompt with any requests. Especially if it is of an urgent nature.
