        Not even worth one star. Haven't been able to get an appoint for months. Nobody EVER answers the phone. I went there in person to book an appointment. They said they can not do it in person and I have to call. Yet they never ,ever answer the phone. I have over 67 calls made to them, some i've been waiting over an hour for someone to answer. Not once did they ever answer. A few times they kicked up the phone and immediately hung up on me. Don't waste your time and energy Tring to get an appointment, do yourself a favour and register elsewhere. Every GP surgery has a duty of care & this one is lacking big time.

        I have noticed a naughty behaviour and culture at this surgery! The receptionist are unfriendly, angry and unpleasant (especially to groups of people). Some of the staff are rude, harsh, and gang up on the customer; which lets it down for the good staff. More empathy is needed and if staff can not offer this or can not be professional; they shouldn't be there.
