        great engineers, used to be great company, however UK customer service is worthless, all they will ever tell you is that you have to talk to the dealer, why do you have customer service staff, get rid of them and set automatic message? Car has a manufacturing fault which dealer is ignoring and then hiding, now dealer turn the back on me and Mazda UK doesnt want to get involved because its independent business, so youre taking no responsibility for your Franchisees? No responsibility for your cars, You are disgrace to the brand and to motor industry, no wonder youre going bust world wide if youre approving unethical behavior from your dealers.
