        My experience with this store is very poor. I bought a vape from them still sealed and I realise there was a production error on the vape which I returned instantly but claimed because they dont accept returns and told me to call the vape company. Under consumer rights I can return an item if not satisfied with product. Both husband and wife seem to be illiterates and lack communication with consumer or customer. Bunch of thieves and scammers knowing fully well it was a production error .
