        My boiler stopped working during the winter and although the engineers were professional the customer service when I phoned wasn't. The person who answered my call must have misheard me when I gave my post code because she said that's not a post code and hung up. I tried again saying I just got cut off and was hung up on again. I asked my husband to call for me and as soon as he said, "my wife just called" he was hung up on as well. I had to get my housing support worker to report my boiler Service: General repairs
