Don't go anywhere near this lot. Put a deposit down to hold a car that turned out to have had a really poorly repaired back end shunt and had to take them to court to get the deposit back

I would like to share my experiences with crossways in london rd . I have purchases a 13500 car . I was told it is in good working order ,full mot, full service and any issue they will help as much as they can . After just one month driving the engine light came on and engine made rattling noises . Going back to crossway i was ensured that nothing was wrong and it was just a sensor issue . Soon after this issue i started to receive penalty charges for the car i part exchange . Crossways told me on day of car exchange they do the logbook change online and i trusted them .after calling the dvla and they confirmed that the car is still on my name . Of course i went to crossways and question them they got all aggressive and not willing to talk with me . From that day on they told me they are not willing to help me with my new car and kicked me off the property ! 4 month into the new car the car broke down and is not fixable! Not only i lost a lot of money ,i lost trust. It makes me feel sad as im left with debt no vehicle and my job as i used the car for living so moral of my story is not to trust this company at all.I haven't finished there either as seeking legal advice now.

Recently bought a car from Frankie. I could not have asked for a better experience. He contacted me very quickly after I made an enquiry and went through all the options he had for me. When I went to see the car he explained everything fully and was very transparent. He also phoned me when the car was ready early so I could pick it up and he has organised for a new key to be cut and is going to reimburse me for petrol. Never had a better experience when buying a car and would highly recommended Frankie to everyone.

Experience whilst buying the car was pleasant, experience after buying the car was awful. They've not correctly processed the sale of the car with the DVLA meaning it isn't registered correctly and the DVLA have now informed me I will have to pay fees to rectify. Before I spoke to the DVLA I first called up Crossways to try and understand why my logbook hadn't come through and Gary was only interested in telling me everything is always done correctly without asking for the details of the car we were talking about. To put this in context, the warranty, details of which I was told would arrive the day after purchase, never did. When I pointed out that the transaction didn't seem complete on their side (they hadn't bothered to sign the e-sign either) Gary told me "that doesn't matter" and then hung up the phone. Not the experience you expect when you pay the sums of money this dealership sells cars for. The DVLA also tell me I need to carefully explain what has happened when fixing the error because if I don't fully explain the facts the 12 months tax I bought on top of the purchase price will be refunded back to Crossways because their admin error means the car is still showing as being motor trade. They've told me I could consider going to Trading Standards but who has time for that? Frankie was great during the purchase but the staff need customer service training and they need to make sure they pay more attention to the admin so customers aren't inconvenienced down the line, and they get what has been paid for. My experience after the cash was handed over means sadly I wouldn't use them again - hence the 1 star review.
