I have been on a couple of Alison's workshops and always found them so useful to do. She keeps up to date and also writes lots of blog articles which are so informative. I would highly recommend Alison to anyone starting out in business or who finds their business is stuck in a rut.

I recently completed Alison 12-week Business Masterplan course and I can honestly say it has give me a new focus in the business. If you are up for making changes in your business and in your mind then Alison's course will not only pay for itself but it will give you a new focus and help you to re-asses the reasons of why you got into business in the first place - which we can often loose sight of. The support you get from Alison and the other people on your course will give you the reasons to go away and make the changes. Even if you can't implement everything you will probably do far more than you have ever managed by having it on a to do list. Or worse - you may even complete tasks that have not even made it to the to do list as you fear them that much.

I decided to join Alison's Masterplan course to help me understand which areas of my business were working well and were profitable. I wanted to learn how to build a reliable team to support my business growth and to allow me to gain more clarity and direction. To be able to mix with the other businesses also looking to grow, and the variety of practical planning and discussion was extremely valuable - it was so important to take quality time out of the business as it provided real focus to move my business forward to the next level. I've known Alison for some time now and she always moves with the changing trends in business and how SME organisations need to adapt.
