If I could give it no stars I would. They are a wholesale store so anything you see time the price by 3 and add vat. If you see them going by the name St Clements Bridle at any wedding show unless you take the dress with you. It's not worth the hassle.

Got my dress 2 years ago....tried on for the first time on Saturday...everything was as if the 2 years had never happened... so helpful and nice...I'd lost my gloves and the assistant said she would order some in for me... could have walked through those dresses again they're all so beautiful... the business has moved from Northfleet to St Clements Lake next door to Bluewater...can highly recommend

Please DO not Believe everything you read Ive had the best experience from start to finish I first popped in the store with just a picture of my dream wedding dress, being a slightly mature bride I was put at ease straight away ,,, at this point I picked out the material and measurements were taken I felt completely at ease as the ladies were very professional was told that my dress would be in store in May and true to their word it was The big day had arrived my first dressed fitting Omg it was everything I could wish for and more after a small amount of alterations I have my dress and cant wait to wear it Thank you so much to The whole team you are amazing One very happy lady

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! Please do not buy from this company, I first came across this company at the Birmingham National Wedding show. I had no intention of buying a wedding dress but I fell in love with a dress they held. At the show they came under the name: St Clement Bridal, the contract I signed had Akoya London. When I went home the following day I have researched St Clement Bridal and Akoya London to find that they have no website, no social media presence and no store! After further research I found them under the name: Oriental Pearl Bridal and also LQ Designs. I had called and expressed my concerns and asked to put the dress on hold. I was told that this was not possible and that the dress had already gone to the factory. This was concerning as it was the following day after the show. Further research revealed reviews that were negative and women also expressing the same concerns and receiving dresses that were nothing like they bought. Angela and Nadia were extremely rude on the phone to the point they were screaming and I had to remove the phone away from my ear. I requested a refund which was rejected numerous times. Multiple lies were told. It was 25 days of constant battle to get a refund. In the end I had contact the National Wedding Show who did manage to help get a refund back. It was the most horrendous experience and one that should never of happened! The company needs to be honest with their customers! I have since had other women message me with the same concerns which is upsetting. I hope that no one else has to experience this.
