        Staff at TSB Blue Water are amazing and very helpful. I had some card issues and this was resolved and was kept informed along the way and received a goodwill gesture as a result. Absolutely amazing staff and very professional. Thank you

        Need to talk to someone on the phone however, when I call I just get the same old voicemail telling me that they are busy and I have to try again later, tried at all different times and still the same voicemail, thinking that this might not be the bank for me if it is so inaccessible to answer queries,!!!!
