Barclays Bank

Im not sure who does the staffing schedules here but to have 1 cashier working the day after a long bank holiday weekend seems crazy. It shouldnt take 30 minutes to speak to a cashier. I wish it was a one off but a visit to this branch is always a pain. I feel sorry for the staff who must have to put up with all the whinging from customers having to wait too long in the queue.

So unorganised. Had an appointment booked for 10am to open a joint bank account needed ID check, me and my partner arrived and what a waste of time that was. They couldnt find my booking and that I will need to come back with another appointment. All staff miserable and not helpful

Barclays is actually rubbish seriously going to change banks , closed the standard and blackheath branches. So travel to bluewater and that branch closes at 4 pm! Utterly useless !!;

A huge thank you to Rachel at Barclays Bluewater store today who took the time to explain and assist in resetting my PIN code etc. Rachel was assisting on the front desk however she helped me from start to finish which I was extremely grateful for. Rachel was very friendly, helpful and her customer service was excellent. A credit to Barclays. Thank you.

It's very horrible and not nice people staff. They are not helpful as they want go home on time BUT someone stole my credit card and spend over 1800pounds so I aks them help me block and money back... they gave me phone number so I am deaf... I remember few year ago and different staff was very kindly until 5.30pm sort it out and they should be finished 4pm but accept until 5.30pm. NOW THEY REFUSED... VERY RUDE... I CAN SEE FEEDBACK IS 2.7% will never back them...
