Excellent reflexology service with an scheduled appointment. Very detailed and knowledgeable reflexologist who explained the process and therapy and went through medical history etc. Most recommended as I felt like I was walking on air afterwards and my blood pressure was optimal! Chilled out and relaxed

I went to Jo as a way to relax and destress in the lead up to my wedding as I was feeling frazzled, tension in shoulders and back and feeling high levels of stress. With it being my first time, I didn't know what to expect but just wanted to feel relaxed... the session with Jo exceeded all my expectations. I left feeling absolutely melted and renewed! Jo was knowledgeable, professional throughout. The findings at the end of session explained all the areas of tension she had found which was so interesting to understand my body better! Thankyou Jo! I feel amazing and refreshed ready for my wedding day. I will certainly be revisiting and recommending to family and friends. Xx

My first time experiencing reflexology & I found it to be a very positive experience. I didnt really know what to expect to be honest, but I entered with an open mind & left in a lot better shape than I arrived ! Jo is a very thorough lady, & in my opinion more importantly, she listens to what you tell her. She puts you at ease right from the get go & is very easy to talk to. Very impressed,& I will be making another appointment to return.

Went to Jo recently for some Reflexology, I was almost asleep during the treatment it was so relaxing and I felt so much better for days afterwards, really would highly recommend that anyone looking for treatment goes to see Jo.
