So glad we found cosy fires to install a wood burner! Such a great company to deal with right from the start, from visiting the store and talking to ben to arranging a date with Katie and Charlee for installation! we cant thank you all enough for making the whole experience as stress free as possible!

I really do have to give the highest praise to cosy fires and all the team for the upmost professional and friendly service that they have provided from start to finish. The whole experience was stress-free with minimal interruptions. Ben and Katie have been brilliant and kept us up to date with everything. Toby and Jacob came to carry out the installation and were so professional and friendly. There were a potential couple of issues with the fireplace once work started but they were sorted in double quick time. The guys answered any questions we had and gave some good information on how to properly get the most out of the log burner. Our Log burner just looks absolutely fantastic and am so pleased with it so If I could give more stars definitely would! +++ It was an absolute pleasure to have Cosy fires carry out our installation and will definitely be recommending them to all our family and friends. Thankyou again Ben and Katie for everything, and wishing you & the team all the best for the future

Great store and they know their stuff. Use them yearly for the chimney sweep and they are about to fit our stove go check them out.

Cosy fires were recommend to me and I will have no hesitation in doing the same. Ben was fantastic from the outset, he provided a quote with no fuss or sales pitch just advice and honest opinion. Katie in the shop was great to liaise with regarding the fitting arrangements and invoices and you couldn't ask for more in Toby and his mate on the fitting of the fire, absolutely immaculate install and I could not be happier with the result. Great to see and support a genuinely honest and local family business.

Ben & Katie was brilliant from start to finish with Ben attending the property to price the work he was very helpful, informative girly priced and Katie who helped us in the shop to find the right fire for us and kept us up to date on the delivery time scales. On the day of fitting Lewis & Jordan was a lovely bunch of lads who was very tidy and polite, they took pride in there work. A few tweaks had to be made to our false chimney breast that my husband had built and Lewis was very helpful in guiding him to ensure it met the regulations. I would 100% recommend Cosy Fires, they was second to none. Thank you Ben and all the team its been a pleasure and we are enjoying our new fire.
