Karen is amazing, and this is easily the most straightforward and professional company we have used. The flat we stayed in had gorgeous views, with no service charges and had we not a growing family would have happily stayed on for many years. The previous property I lived in was serviced by Abbey waters property management. I have to say, they were absolutely appalling with the service they provided. The staff are very unapproachable and rude. I am glad to say that I am so glad that I have No further dealings with them. I am being very accommodating by giving 1 star rating but unfortunately there was not an option to give none !!!.

I was renting this lovely flat near Hythe for many, many years, Karen and her team have always been very friendly, offering brilliant service with great care. Karen was always fast on acting should any problems arise and also always happy chatting with her on the telephone, will miss those lively/lovely chats. Fab Services from this company :)

One of the best letting agents we've gone with. Very friendly, brilliant service and nothing is too much trouble. It actually feels like we have our own home and not renting .
