Lately, I've felt like that quote from Ferris Beuller, "Life Moves Pretty Fast. If You Dont Stop And Look Around Once In A While, You Could Miss It." This break was just perfect for it.
It gave me a chance to talk with my friends, listen to music and just relax under the night sky with a warm fire gazing upon the stars.
The place is so quiet to get lost in your thoughts as well as spend quality time with your loved ones.
The small touches to the place made it all the more better with plenty of board games, ball games and open fields. I especially like how they kept the athmosphere of being off the grid.
Overall, I hella loved my stay and so did my friends.
*quick tip: if you're not taking your car, get as many taxi numbers as you can and book in advance both ways. Rye doesnt have an abundance of taxi's and we had such a difficult time getting taxis from Camber Sands going back to the tents.
