Wanted to treat myself to a haircut and high lights. After 7 years of growing my hair, I was pretty adamant about wanting to keep the long length of my hair and explained that I was nervous to trust hairdressers with maintaining the length due to a bad hair cut years ago. However, the hairdresser then took it into her own hands to give me short bangs that come to half way up my face and six inches off the length. I was devastated. Its lopsided and looks ridiculous no matter how I style it with those ridiculously short, thick bangs on the side of my face. I also left with very dark roots and the highlights were patchy (blonde, white and orange). I left in tears and have worn my hair in a ponytail since the day I left the salon 2 months ago. Absolutely nobody has complimented my hair colour, because its a mess. Not only this but the manager brought all of her kids in who were screaming and running around. Really not enjoyable. And the hairdresser probably ruined my hair because she was too busy ranting to me about her love life troubles. The only hairdresser who does a good job in there is Joanne, Ive seen her twice and she was really good and listened to me. I wish Id booked with her last time because my hair is absolutely ruined. I dont trust them to fix it and instead am going elsewhere. Such a shame. Service: Hair coloring

3 weeks ago i had half a head of higlights and blowdry what an absloute disaster!!! Ive recently moved to Henlow with my parents and sisters and needed a new hair dresser as our previous one was 1hour away! So we found hair factory which is walking distance and thought we try it out but my god i wish i never!!!! Ive come out with 3 different tones, completely white on the back , blonde and orange at the front all patchy!! Not only that my highlight are all zig zag which means now i cant have a side pattern!!! And also the front is half head and the back is just at the top ! Absloute joke! They also couldnt even blowdry curly hair ! I came out looking like a birds nest!!. I went in to the salon and explain my concerns and all i got was a answer for everything!! No help at all and on top of that they asked me to pay to correct it!! There was a 50% discount for new customers, and thats exactly what i got half a job!! Thankfully i never payed full price. Not only will i never be returning there and nor will my my mum sisters and neigbours! I would rather drive 1 hour to my hair dressers and know that im going to get a fantastic job done and fantastic customer service. Services: Hair highlighting, Hair coloring
