Very poor after sales commitments ie I will get back to you with regards to part required never got back after several phone calls and messages left no reply or return messages the outcome was no part required I found the problem myself and fixed it ,another instance was a call from a family member who discovered only because of a musty smell that a leak had occurred after some expensive work had been carried out by WHITE STAR MAINTENANCE behind some housing calls and messages were left but again no reply, I find it very strange that when calls are made with regards to new work etc there is no hesitation in calling back ,all in all ,very unprofessional and expensive. As a foot note I am given to understand that as part of a boiler service radiators should be checked if working plus bled for air locks etc in my case none of this was carried out after paying in the region of 90.00 for 35 minutes work.

Called out the owner of White Star to complete a job that Aqualisa had not finished. He did install the pump to my shower unit, however one of the inlet values he put on cross- threaded result water dripping down walls and ceiling wet. Tried to get him to come and rectify leak, but was told he "might" call on the day I reported the leak. So had to contact 24 hour plumbing service which cost 324.00. Will I use White Star again?? No prizes to guess answer!
