        I had an appointment with Dr.Brindall this week and I have to say it was an excellent outcome.The GP was very thorough and reassuring and did a very wide range of checks and review. In a service which is experiencing record demand this winter I can only say my NHS GP primary care experience was outstanding.

        i am a 17 year old boy and i went into the surgery today to just sort out my confusion to as why i am being refused my ashtma medication and i have not been offered an ashtma review in 2 years (to which it is law to offer me one yearly) to which the lady front desk was quick to start raising her voice at me and essentially telling me i am lying, i have been up to the doctors 5 times now and they are still refusing me. the lady told me that my asthma is not serious and then proceeded to get up and leave without letting me explain. this is very unprofessional of (sally) and should not be how you treat your patients, this will be followed up

        I moved to lower stondon 2 years ago and Im still having trouble getting professional help from a professional establishment, my son was told hes lying about having asthma even though hes not been offered a asthma review in the 2 years weve been there bearing in mind he was in hospital for 6 days and hours from being put on a ventilator for his asthma symptoms , I was struck off the doctors because I asked why he hasnt been offered an asthma review and his medication is being withheld I was told by the nurse that the NHS had removed me and not the surgery I have since spoken to the NHS complaints team and been told that this was impossible and only the surgery can remove you from the doctors I would recommend extra training for your staff maybe an asthma course and customer service training but I will let the rest of the reviews on here speak for themselves as mine one star review unfortunately seems to be the normal for this practice Totally unprofessional and incompetent
