Unfortunately I felt I had no choice but to leave a negative review, initially these guys were great, I ordered a carplay unit and reverse camera, informing them of the year of my car when I made the order. I installed car play first, great, went to install the camera a month or two later and the connector on the camera is different to the car, I understand issues happen and went to get in touch - webchat is either ignored, or they respond asking what the issue is(on multiple occasions) and then ghost me. Not impressed and do not know what to do UPDATE - after some initially helpful response, the seller shipped a second camera, unfortunately also incorrect and has gone quiet again

I buy regularly from here. The parts are always securely packed and delivered. The customer service is brilliant. I will definitely be buying more parts from here.

Scammers and unprofessional liars! They gave me a product without telling me whats wrong with it ! And also rude on phone !
