Avoid like the plague. Rang with simple viewing request, went through details and were told we could view after 11am following day. Then receive a message saying we were "unsuitable". Can you believe it? Rang following morning for explanation and was told, by what sounded like a 10 year old, a lot of baseless assumptions about us. If you are the owner of flat 2 Marine Parade you have potentially lost a cash buyer for you beautiful apartment!!! Awful experience.

Grays were very supportive from the moment we had dad's property marketed and through the disappointment of losing two sales, one at a very late stage in the process. They have an excellent team and kept us informed throughout. Even though it took longer than we expected to sell the bungalow , and increased marketing was undertaken their fee remained the same. I would certainly use then again .

The service GSC Grays offered us from start to finish was outstanding. From the moment we met with Branch Manager Graham we knew we were in safe hands Graham's enthusiasm was infectious but he also came to our meeting armed with a vast amount of research showing his knowledge of the local market. All the team in the branch were a joy to work with as well. Erica and Holly were very attentive to any requests we had and were very easy to reach either by phone or email. The sales progressor Marie was fantastic too keeping us well informed throughout the process meaning we were never left in the dark. We would highly recommend anyone thinking of coming to market to go with GSC Grays.
