Such a great gym with a lovely community! The coaches and their trainings are absolutely bomb! I love how they welcome mothers with their babies and toddlers! This shows how much they actually care about people and their fitness! The membership package is very well priced. Thank you for providing such a great space and community to train and thrive.

Dropped in as a guest while I'm in the area visiting family. Welcoming atmosphere and very helpful coach who helped me scale things. I know he was keeping an eye on my form throughout (I think even more because he didn't know me / my experience) and offering tips. I'm a long way from an Rx athlete and the others there were way more capable than me but still cheered me on just the same. It's small but they keep the class sizes appropriate for the space and have all the equipment needed. By the way - CrossFit is waaaaaay cheaper here than in the USA! You guys are getting a great deal!
