Brilliant service from Unicorn - turned up when they said they would & bang on time, fixed problem with spa, took the time to explain what they found - nice guys, know their stuff, definitely highly recommended.

Matt was able to get our swimming pool, that had not been used for some 10 years, operational again. He gave helpful advice in advance of his visit and carried out the work professionally. In addition to servicing the filtration system, Matt was also provide a useful tutorial on both the filter system, testing the water and adding chorine, etc. Would have no hesitation recommending Matt.

Matt came over to close the pool down for winter. I found him very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a couple of issues with my pool and me being a novice, Matt took the time to explain the issues and possible solutions very clearly. When communicating with him he responded to my messages or questions extremely quickly. He was also good value for money. I will be using him again when I need to open the pool up in spring. I did engage with other pool companies prior to choosing Matt and from my experience with him, Im glad I made that choice.
