Mole Sounds

Bought an amazing Armadillo Brass Bridge for my telecaster. Paul was very helpful regarding my 'Keef' telecaster project and recommended Oil City Pick Ups in London for the sound I was after. I ordered these via Mole Sounds . With the bridge and pick ups now fitted the guitar plays and sonds great. Exactly the sound and playing action I was after. Fantastic customer service and knowledge throughout all transactions. Can highly recommend.

After a slight mixup relating to a vegan vs. leather guitar strap (quite understandable since the supplier in Spain has only recently changed the materials) Paul went well beyond the call of duty in accepting a return, ordering the right strap and even arranging for the distributor to courier it straight to me, all I suspect at some cost to himself. His communication is top notch, regular and clear, and he really takes care of his customers. Can't recommend highly enough!

Excellent online store with really superb customer service. My order coincided with Royal Mail strikes, delaying all post, but Paul did a fantastic job of communicating with me, discounted the postage (despite the slight delay not being his fault in any way!) and did everything he could to ensure I got my order as soon as possible. Then I needed to exchange the item (brass switch-tip for Telecaster) to get something that fitted on my guitar better - Paul recommended a slightly cheaper alternative, refunded the difference, posted it Special Delivery for no charge and even offered me some free strings! The new brass switch-tip is perfect - just what I wanted (see photos). Overall I am very impressed by Mole Sounds, blown away by the customer service (rare these days) and will definitely be back in the future. Very highly recommended!

When a tube in my Stereo Amp broke just over a week before Christmas I was desperate to find a replacement. Found Mole Sounds: just what I was looking for, a great price and still open. I purchased 2. They sent them next day. Then the UK shut down. Contacted the shop after hours. Within a hour Paul the owner emailed back. Answered all my questions, said he'd get back the next day with more answers, which he did. When they arrived found they were 'Watford Value' Tubes. Music shops can just sell untested tubes but WTs are seriously tested before sending. Very pleased and will definitely buy again from Paul at Mole Sounds.
