        Sadly not a hugely positive experience. The information we were supplied was not as accurate as it could have been, appointments were not kept, we went through 3 different people dealing with our case and when we had to decline to continue our final communication was not acknowledged. We didn't go after this, they approached us and I'm sure they do great work, but 3 stars is generous.
