Outstanding customer service! Christmas week..Dad forgot to order the top item on mum's Christmas wish list! Having stepped in I inadvertently ordered the incorrect Size of The Tilly leather gloves. Having realised this 15mins after placing the order at 11pm I emailed customer service asking if it was possible to switch sizes before dispatching them. First thing in the morning I received a response from Mandy who said no problem! But couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas due to the postal strike. Which I completely understood However the very next day the gloves arrived. Good customer service is rare these days let alone outstanding. The gloves are fabulous. Leather butter soft & the cashmere lining is warm but not thick. So gloves mould around the hand. You couldn't ask for a better service.

Quality Product My wife was more than delighted with her gloves, bought as a surprise present. It's been baltic cold up in the Scottish Highlands, and she tried on the gloves and is quite satisfied to know they will kerp her hands warm when she is out and about.
