Unsatisfactory response to covid cancellation

Very friendly until it all goes wrong. Refused to refund deposit for a wedding that was cancelled due to lockdown.

Many thanks to The Marquee Hire Company for supplying a marquee (and some tables, chairs and a bar!) for my 60th Birthday Party. A friendly and very professional team who supplied all we needed to make it a really great party.

We used the Marquee Hire Company for our School Anniversary Ball and I would highly recommend them. Amy was charming to deal with and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. The boys arrived on time and did a fabulous job setting it all up to make the best of the view. It was then all taken away again, as if by magic! They also provided tables, chairs and table clothes all of which were great quality. We will definitely use them again!

We were so grateful to have found The Marquee Hire Company for our eldest daughters wedding last September. Amy was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, especially as we firstly had to change where we were holding the wedding and secondly had to postpone the wedding for a year due to the pandemic. She was very understanding and supportive during these testing times, and dealt with all of our altered plans with great flexibility. We opted for a traditional 40 x 100 canvas marquee with an adjoining 6m Oriental Canopy which provided just the right space to seat our 187 guests on round tables, and left plenty of space for a dance area. The marquee itself was beautiful and in pristine condition and provided the perfect blank canvas for my daughter to decorate as she wanted. Jack and his team arrived promptly on the day to put everything up, and we really appreciated being able to get the lovely loos, refrigerated trailer and generator from them - so much easier to use a single supplier for everything! I would have no hesitation in recommending Amy, Jack and The Marquee Hire Company and would definitely use them again should either of our other two daughters want a marquee for their weddings!
