So happy to have found such a caring and patient dentist,. I have a facial paralysis & have had a dental trauma previously, Fran was just wonderful, and she talked me through everything, the practice was so clean and advanced. Highly recommend

Impressive premises and the receptionists are extremely helpful and friendly. I was slightly disappointed by the dental appointment itself. It felt as though they werent really listening to the points I raised and there was quite a lot of upselling of other services. For a first appointment it felt a bit overwhelming. There is also a long wait (several months) to see a hygienist which is a shame. I am sure things will settle down as it is new to Martock and I will visit again. I would have given 3.5 stars but couldnt manage to do this on Google.

DR PHIL BENNETT @ Forward Dental - after having undergone a shocking impant experience in Bristol by a dentist who shut shop and disappeared after abutment was implanted, I had to find a dentist to finish the job ie fit the crown three months later. A crown was fitted by a new dentist BUT a year later during lockdown the abutment sheared in half and the crown and half the bolt came away! I was referred by own dentist to an implantologist in Taunton who did not have the correct tools so referred me to Dr Phil Bennett at Forward Dental in Martock, a very high-tech practice in large modern premises. Dr Phil Bennett is excellent. He is patient, knowledgeable, gentle and kind. He ordered special tools to remove the implant which was tricky as so close to the next tooth, organised a new implant engineered in Italy, designed in Cornwall and three months later fitted a new crown. It looks perfect and I am thrilled. The team are happy, professional, respectful and fun which means a relaxing environment to put you at ease. Any queries are dealt with straightaway. I am so grateful to Dr Phil Bennett and the team at Forward Dental and can't thank you enough. I would highly recommend Dr Bennett for any dental issues. Thank you again!
